VACUETTE® Coagulation Tubes are filed with buffered in-sodium citrate solution and are appropriate for routine hernostasis testing. Chats concentrations of either 3.2% (o.109 rnoVL) or 3.8% (0.120 moVt are available. The chcioe in the concentration depends upon the policies of the laboratory. The mixing ratio is 1 part citrate to 9 parts blood when the tube is tilled appropriately as indicated by the fdl mark on the label.
